Custom / Volume Supervisor

n

n

$125k - $145k + Super

n

n
- Manage residential construction projects across a solid pipeline
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
n
- 3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
n

n

Custom Residential Supervisor

n

Brisbane West through to Ipswich

n

$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle

n

n
- Manage quality custom residential builds from start to finish
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
n
- 3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
n

n

Volume / Medium Density Supervisor

n

Morayfield

n

$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle

n

n
- Manage multiple residential builds concurrently
n
- Experience overseeing volume projects (up to 25 builds) preferred
n




- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
n
- 3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
n

n

Luxury Residential Supervisor

n

Indooroopilly / Brisbane

n

$130k – $165k + Super

n

n
- Deliver high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
n
- Experience with complex builds including $6m+ projects required
n
- Strong understanding of detailed architectural documentation
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
n
- 3+ years' residential construction experience
n

n

Investment / Volume Supervisor

n

Caboolture / Brisbane Northside

n

$125k + Super + Annual Bonus Opportunity ($20k)

n

n
- Manage residential construction projects across a strong pipeline
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
n
- 5+ years' residential construction supervision experience
n

n

About You You'll ideally have:

n

n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
n
- Proven experience supervising residential construction projects end to end
n
- Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
n
- Ability to manage programmes, quality, safety, and client expectations
n
- A track record of delivering projects successfully
n
