What you will be doing:Be fully accountable for the projects under your direction and work with the

Events Leader, Sales Team and the customer to ensure that the event brief andbudget are fully understood to deliver creative and logistically soundsolutions

Ensure correct skill sets required for the project are being met within theproject team

Ability to brief in every department on a project - technical, creative,venues, entertainment, group travel etc

Maintain accurate files, budgets and critical paths in order to adhere todeadlines and budgets with an emphasis on attrition and cancellationdeadlines, as per signed contracts across all projects under your leadership

Ability to develop and manage existing customer relationships for consistentand repeat business opportunitiesSupport workflow and resource management across all projects and within thegreater team

Mentoring & training team members in FCM Meeting & Events policy,
