Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Product Management PMO to be the operational backbone for our APAC product portfolio. You will play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to our product initiatives, ensuring our current product lines are managed effectively and new projects are driven by market needs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Maintain a single source of truth for the APAC product portfolio, tracking status, performance, and resources across current product lines.
n
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings and governance forums (e.g., stage-gates) to ensure strategic alignment and decision-making.
n
- Planning & Execution
n
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones for New Product Development (NPD) and Design-to-Value (DTV) initiatives.
n
- Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive accountability to keep key projects on schedule.
n
- Cross-Functional Coordination
n
- Act as the central liaison between Product Management, Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Sales teams across the APAC region.
n
- Organize and lead regular cross-functional syncs. Ensure clear, timely communication of status updates, decisions, and action items to all stakeholders.
n
- Insight-Driven Project Support
n
- Work with Product Managers to translate customer insights and market intelligence from Marketing into clear project briefs and requirements for NPD/DTV.
n
- Help prioritize projects based on strategic value,
resource capacity, and market chance.
n
n
Qualifications & Skills
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
n
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a PMO, project coordination, or portfolio support role, preferably within product development, manufacturing, or a related industry.
n
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence) and MS Office Suite.
n
- Superior cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and cultures in APAC.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Experience with or understanding of stage-gate processes, portfolio management, and product lifecycle management.
n
- A keen interest in connecting customer/marketing insights to actionable product development plans.
n
