Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cloud Specialist to join our growing technology team. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions that support our organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple cloud platforms
n
- Monitor cloud systems and applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security
n
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate provisioning and configuration management
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and performance issues in a timely manner
n
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, compliance standards, and best practices
n
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support application deployment and integration
n
- Analyze and optimize cloud resource utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency
n
- Plan and execute cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
n
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures
n
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
n

Core Skills and Experience

n

n
- 3+ years of hands‐on experience with cloud infrastructure and services
n
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
n
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and firewall management
n
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools and practices
n
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
n




- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and containerization concepts
n
- Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills with strong attention to detail
n
- Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise‐level cloud environments
n

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Multi‐cloud platform experience and expertise
n
- Hands‐on experience with containerization technologies
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and deployment automation
n
- Cloud cost optimization and resource management experience
n
- Industry‐recognized certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or equivalent)
n
- Experience with database management and optimization in cloud environments
n
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver)

Qualifications

n

- 5–10+ years of IT experience, with significant hands‐on cloud engineering/architecture experience
n
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
n
- ITIL 4
n
- Microsoft Certified – Azure Security Engineer (AZ‐500)
n
- Microsoft Certified – Azure Administrator (AZ‐104)
n
- Microsoft Certified – Solutions Architect (AZ‐305)
n
- Microsoft Certified – Azure AI Engineer (AZ‐102)
n
- Microsoft Certified – Azure Network Engineer (AZ‐700)
n
- Microsoft Certified – Azure Data Fundamentals
n
- Awareness of other advanced cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional)
n
- Combined with demonstrated experience influencing strategic outcomes and leading complex initiatives
n
