- $101,784 – $108,468 + super + salary packaging

- 6 weeks annual leave + 4 paid mental health days

- $3,000 relocation package + remote area benefits

Join Drug and Alcohol Services Australia (DASA) and support Aboriginal women in a therapeutic, all-female residential program. With a small caseload (max 10, often 5), you'll have the time and space to deliver meaningful, trauma-informed care.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management
n
- Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs
n
- Build robust connections with clients and their families
n
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification
n
- Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings
n
- Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
n
- Female-identifying candidates highly encouraged to apply
n
- Driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check
n
