About the role:

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Ward at Echuca Regional Health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a RN with a passion for pre and post operation care in a busy 18 bed surgical ward.

Key responsibilities include:

- Practice within a professional, ethical, and evidence-based nursing framework,
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and plan, implement, and evaluate protected, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk identification, and service development, and contribute to unit activities such as team meetings and education sessions
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Qualifications/experience required:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practising certificate
- Behavioural qualities that reflect ERH Values




- Desirable - post graduate studies in related field
