Join a Brisbane based MSP who are scaling fast and investing in its technical team. You will join as a Senior Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
n
You'll play a key role in delivering Level 2/3 support, owning complex technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. It's a hands-on role with variety and autonomy ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and building robust client relationships.
n
In this Role you will:
n
n
- Provide Level 2/3 support across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and security.
n
- Manage and resolve client tickets via the Service Desk.
n
- Maintain system availability, backups, patching, and DR readiness.
n
- Liaise with vendors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Occasional onsite client work and participation in an on-call rotation.
n
n
You will have:
n
n
- Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT support role.
n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot).
n
- Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation.
n
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, firewalls, Linux admin, and backup/DR tools.
n
- Excellent communication and a proactive,
team-oriented mindset.
n
- Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
