Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. This is a full time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT ready to take the next step — combining hands‐on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About The Role
n

- Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT team
n
- Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performanceMaintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
n
- Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care
n
- Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
n
n
About You

Essential Requirements
n

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist

- Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
