A$110,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Currently seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist Clinical Lead to play a pivotal role shaping the direction of the speech pathology services, whilst supporting and mentoring a growing team of clinicians.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Ensure services and clinicians operate in-line with organisation values
n
- Lead and support the team of speech therapists to ensure high-quality, client-focused therapy services
n
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities where required
n
- Collaborating with families and support coordinators to develop and review individualised therapy plans
n
- Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives
n
- Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice
n
- Excellent base salary on offer + salary packaging

- Regular mentoring and leadership training from wider team

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
n
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
n
- Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector
n
- Experience with AAC and Swallowing/Dysphagia
n
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
