Propel Recruitment in Australia is seeking a Relationship Manager – Aggregator to own a portfolio of broker partners, drive activation, retention and productivity, and mentor brokers on submission quality, loan structuring and compliance.
You will work with lender teams, track pipeline and settlements, represent the business at broker events, and help grow the network as the organisation scales toward its ambitious plans. Market-competitive salary on offer: c. AUD 130,000–160,000 + super + bonus.
