Part-Time Sales Representative – Hospitality & Café Industry Relationship Building | New Business Development | Café & Hospitality Market

Are you outgoing, confident and someone who loves getting out and meeting people?
We are looking for an energetic and personable Part-Time Sales Representative to join a well-established, family-owned business supplying products to the café and hospitality industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and introducing products to cafés and hospitality businesses.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll be actively connecting with prospective customers through a combination of phone-based prospecting and face-to-face visits, getting samples into businesses and developing relationships that turn into long-term customers.
The Opportunity
Working autonomously and representing a quality product range, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and approaching new cafés and hospitality businesses
- Generating new leads through phone and face-to-face prospecting
- Visiting prospective customers and introducing the product range
- Getting product samples into cafés and following up opportunities
- Building strong relationships with café owners, managers and hospitality operators
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into new business
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Representing the business professionally in the market




- Identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales
- Providing feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and market opportunities

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, engaging and confident starting conversations.
You may already have experience within sales, merchandising, FMCG, foodservice, coffee, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
More importantly, you'll bring:

- Previous sales, business development or account management experience
- Confidence approaching new businesses and generating leads
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own activity
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in the café and hospitality industry
- A current driver's licence and ability to travel to customers

Experience selling into cafés, restaurants, hospitality venues, foodservice or FMCG would be highly regarded.
