Warramunda Village Ltd THE ROLE Endorsed Enrolled Nurse We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. The Enrolled Nurse plays a vital role in providing person-centred nursing care to our residents. Working under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and resident-focused care workplace.

Task & responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse
- Support resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Safe administration of medications and wound management in line with the 7 rights of medication safety
- Provide clinical care within scope of practice as directed by the Registered Nurse
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation that meets all legislative and regulatory requirements, including Aged Care Act, SIRS, WorkSafe, and AN-ACC standards
- Assist in emergency response procedures as required
- Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers to support best practice care delivery
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, including post-falls observations and infection prevention and control procedures in consultation with the IPC lead
Qualification & experience
Essential:
- Qualification in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements for this position description.
- Diploma or Certificate of Nursing (with medication endorsement and injectables)
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Annual CPR.
- Unencumbered police check.
- Desirable Experience within a residential aged care setting.
