n Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer, currently seeking a full-time permanent Production Supervisor to join their well-established Brisbane team.
n This position will oversee theafternoon shift production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

n Key Responsibilities:
n • Lead, train and mentor the afternoon shift production team
n • Identify training needs and organise training sessions for production staff
n • Monitor productivity rates and product standards; implement quality control programs
n • Collaborate with management to implement company policies and goals
n • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
n Requirements:
n • Demonstrated experience in a similar role essential
n • Experience within an FMCG workplace ideal
n • Strong leadership and training ability
n • Experience meeting production deadlines, targets and KPIs
