Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator

A leading tier-one national builder with a reputation for delivering Australia's most iconic multi-million and billion-dollar high-rise towers. They pride themselves on architectural excellence, structural integrity, and top-tier safety standards.
Following a string of major project wins across Brisbane, they are looking for a detail-driven Contracts Administrator and Senior Contracts Administrator to join their high-performing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and formal correspondence.
- Prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and expressions of interest.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes, review scopes, and write tender recommendations.
- Assess and process subcontractor claims, variations, and payment schedules.
- Draft, issue, and execute subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Track project spend against the budget and help the Senior CA/PM with monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
- Assist with head contract administration and commercial risk management.
- Maintain robust relationships with all project stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
