Due to continued growth, they're looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager who is ready to step up into managing their own portfolio.

The Role

n

- Take ownership of an end-to-end portfolio starting at 60 properties, growing to approximately 80
n
- Manage inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, arrears, and tenant communication
n
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
n
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure excellent customer service
n
- Complete routine inspections and tenancy documentation

We're Looking For Someone Who

n

n
- Has experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Management Assistant, Leasing Consultant, or Junior Property Manager
n
- Is ready to take the next step into managing their own portfolio
n
- Builds strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
n
- Is organised, proactive, and customer-focused
n
- Holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
n
- Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded but not essential
n
