Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join the team.
n You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments across NSW

The role will involve:

- Conducting inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications

- Working both in the office and on-site
n
- Managing your own workload with support from a team-oriented team
n
- Developing practical and compliant solutions across a variety of projects

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Currently registered as a Building Surveyor in NSW (or working towards)
n
- 2+ years experience in building surveying or construction
n
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (NCC) and relevant legislation
n
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
n
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
n
- A positive attitude with a team-focused approach
n
- TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management
n
- A valid driver's licence
n
