Our client is a leading equities manager with over $6 billion under management. We are currently seeking a junior to mid-level Business Development Manager to target private wealth advisers, IFAs and brokers. This will be a national position requiring a moderate level of travel.

Responsibilities

n

- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the target channels, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
n
- Providing tailored investment solutions and superior service to meet the sophisticated needs of retail/wholesale brokers and advisers.
n
- Collaborating closely with our investment team to articulate investment strategies and value propositions effectively.
n
- Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, and seminars to educate and advise clients on our client's offering.
n
- Ongoing monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
n
- Assisting with the management of national roadshows, industry convention engagement or similar events.
n

Key Attributes/Qualifications

n

n




- 3-5+ years in funds management distribution or a similar sales role (e.g. platforms), with a track record of successfully meeting targets.
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and effectively.
n
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
n
- Sound understanding of investment products and financial markets.
n
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Relevant Master's, CFA, CAIA, or CIMA preferred.
