Registered Nurse - Mutitjulu - Northern Territory

About the role
n
ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents at our Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care facility located in Mutitjulu (Yulara), Northern Territory. This role will require you to relocate and reside in Yulara within the Northern Territory.

This role will see you delivering best practice, person-centered nursing care to our residents in collaboration with our multidisciplinary health care team. Please see link below for a full position description.

Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:

ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. Our package includes:
n
n
- Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 ranging from $49.59 - $51.83 / hour gross base per hour dependent on experience.
n
- $20,000 bonus for your first 12 consecutive months of employment – Paid in 2 x $10,000 payments commencing the completion of 6-month probation.
n
- 1 x return flights to the value of $1500 PA
n
- Minimum of 12 months prior experience as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus.
n
- Access to full salary sacrifice advantages through CBB Salary Packaging which adds up to an estimate of $6,300 to your annual wages.

- Fully furnished single or shared accommodation.

Skills and experience required:
n
To be considered for this role, we do require evidence of the following:
n
n
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
n
- Minimum of 12-months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the Aged Care industry.
n
- Full working rights to work in Australia.
n
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
n
- Knowledge of policy review and implementation for clinical governance.
n
- Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills as well as skills in automated technology.
n
- Must have a current Flu Vaccination, Immunization History, National Police Check, First Aid Certificate with CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check and NT Drivers' License or a willingness to obtain all of the above prior to commencing.
