About the role

Rhinomed is a lean consumer health business where digital channels drive the majority of revenue. We're looking for a sharp, curious coordinator to work closely with the GM of Digital & AI, supporting our existing channels, picking up trade and retail marketing across APAC, and helping kickstart the marketing programs we haven't had capacity to build yet.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of room to grow. You won't be expected to know everything on day one. You'll be expected to learn fast, take ownership, and get comfortable using AI tools to do more than a coordinator role normally could. If you're early in your marketing career, want broad exposure across e-commerce and retail, and want to work somewhere you can genuinely shape how things are done – this is for you.

We’re moving to working in an AI-first way. You'll have AI tools and internal systems that do a lot of the heavy lifting, so your time goes to judgement, relationships, and the work that actually moves the business. We'll teach you how we use them; you bring the curiosity and the willingness to experiment.

What you'll do

Support our existing digital channels:

- Help keep our marketplace and DTC listings clean and current – pricing, copy, images, stock status – across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
- Help triage customer support escalations with AI-assisted workflows.
- Pull regular performance reports across channels and flag anything that looks off.
- Coordinate with our Amazon agency, TikTok agency, and social freelancer day-to-day.

Trade & retail marketing (APAC):

- Support trade and retail marketing activity across APAC accounts (e.g. pharmacy and grocery retail) – picking up work from the previous APAC sales & marketing coordinator.
- Coordinate retail marketing assets, promotional calendars,

and point-of-sale materials.
- Liaise with retail partners and internal stakeholders on campaign timing and execution.
- Help connect the trade/retail story with our digital activity so they reinforce each other.

Kickstart the marketing we haven't had capacity for:

This is the work we know we need to do but haven't had the hands for. You won't own all of it at once – together with the GM you'll focus on the highest-value areas first (email and lifecycle is the obvious starting point), and grow across the rest over time. Some of the potential projects include:

- Email & lifecycle marketing. Build out our email program – welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, subscription nurture, education sequences. Plan and run campaigns with better segmentation and targeting. This is the channel with the most untapped value, and it'll be substantially yours to reframe and build.
- SEO & organic content. Help build a content engine for Rhinomed's product categories – articles, landing pages, product education. Use AI to research and draft; apply human judgement to edit, position, and publish.
- Content calendar & social coordination. Run the content calendar with our social freelancer – scheduling, asset coordination, copy review with AI assistance.
- DTC subscription & bulk-purchase growth. Help drive repeat revenue through better merchandising, incentives, and lifecycle messaging.
- Brand voice & content library. Help develop Rhinomed's style guide, brand voice,

and content rules – including the library of approved claims, regulatory boundaries, and hero copy that keeps our content consistent and compliant. (Important in a regulated consumer health business.)

Work with AI tools:

- Learn to use our AI tools and internal systems to make repetitive work faster.
- Help draft content, reports, and customer responses with AI assistance, then apply the human polish.
- Bring ideas for how we could automate or improve things – you'll have real input.

Who we're looking for

This role is genuinely junior-friendly. We care more about attitude, curiosity, and aptitude than a long CV.

Must have:

- 1–3 years in a marketing, e-commerce, or coordination role (or a strong case for why you're ready despite less experience).
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them daily. You don't need to be an expert – you need to want to learn.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with software – spreadsheets, admin panels, picking up current tools quickly.
- Organised and reliable – you finish what you start and keep things moving.
- Based in Melbourne (hybrid) or able to work substantially within AU business hours.

Nice to have:

- Email/lifecycle marketing experience (any platform).
- Trade, retail, or FMCG marketing exposure.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplaces.
- Consumer health, CPG, or regulated-product background.
- Some overlap with US East Coast hours occasionally.

What matters most: you're sharp, you learn fast, you're not precious about rolling up your sleeves, and you're excited to work on products with huge growth potential and a small team that can teach you a lot.
