About the Role As a Diploma Educator, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.

The successful candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, committed to professional learning, and confident in supporting quality practice across the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to the implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQS requirements.
- Support and mentor educators within your team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Ensure learning environments are inclusive, engaging, and responsive to children's interests and developmental needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance requirements.
- Promote child safety, wellbeing, and best practice at all times.




- Collaborate with the leadership team to support service goals and ongoing quality improvement.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher), or be actively working towards a recognised qualification.
- Experience working in an Early Childhood setting.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, professional, and collaborative approach to your work.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
