We are looking for Support workers with genuine desire to offer the highest quality assistance for persons with disabilities, as well as the capacity to create good connections with clients and other stakeholders, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting client with personal care and hygiene maintenance
- Manual handling including hoist transfers – manual, electric / assisted standing
- Domestic activities and assistance with personal care
- Medication assistance
- Support the client in community participation programs
