We are a registered NDIS service provider seeking Support Workers to support NDIS participants in Melbourne's South East suburbs and Mornington Peninsula.
Key responsibilities
- Community access and participation (transport to appointments, social & recreational activities)
- Assistance with daily living (domestic tasks, meal prep, light household support)
- Assistance with self-care (where required)
- Inactive and active night-time sleepovers (as needed)
- Help participants work towards completing their NDIS goals
- Help participants with morning and evening routines
About you
- Reliable, caring, punctual and qualified
- Able to work independently and follow support plans
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Police check
- Cert 3 or 4 individual support (preferred)
- Drivers licence
