What You'll Do

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex behaviours and Restrictive Practices

- Build genuine relationships and rapport with clients, their families, and support networks

- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and light domestic duties

- Support community participation and help participants achieve their NDIS plan goals

- Implement Behaviour Support Plans with a calm, consistent, and professional approach

- Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and documentation in line with NDIS requirements

- Work across a variety of shift types including sleepovers, active awake nights, community access, and in-home support

About You

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (or working towards)





- Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and knowledge of Restrictive Practices

- Calm, confident, and skilled under pressure
- A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life

- Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care

- Own or have regular access to a vehicle for travel between shifts

- Eligible to work in Australia

Mandatory Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

- Current Working With Children (WWC) Check

- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
