We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Murray Bridge.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities, helping them live independently and participate in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care and daily living support

- Supporting clients with community access and social activities

- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks

- Supporting mobility and transfers as required

- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate case notes

- Assisting with medication in accordance with relevant policies and procedures

- Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and respect

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Caring, patient, reliable, and respectful

- Experienced in disability or aged care support

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong in communication and documentation





- Flexible with availability, including weekends and various shifts

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Working with Children Check

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- First Aid and CPR

- Manual Handling training

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance

- Right to work in Australia
