Right now, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across the Adelaide region.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing complex person-centred support in homes and communities
- Complex behaviour support provision in line with participant plan
- Medication administration in line with participant plan
- Assisting with high intensity daily living - personal care, mobility, meal prep and household tasks
- Supporting community access - appointments, social events and outings
- Encouraging independent and helping clients achieve their goals
- Keeping accurate records via our digital platforms
- Working a mix of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
Must have requirements:
- Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules
- Driver's licence & reliable, insured vehicle
- Flexibility to work diverse shifts
- Safety Intervention Training (SIT) formerly known as MAPA
