About the Opportunity

We have immediate opportunities for Support Workers to join our team in a SIL home in Moe. This SIL is a 2:1 support ratio where there will be 2 Support Workers on shift at all times. If you're passionate about providing truly quality, individualised support, this is your chance.

Experience with High level of Behaviours of Concern is highly reagrded.

We’re looking for staff with the right values to enrich the lives of our clients. We need committed staff who have versatile availability, including a willingness to work a variety of hours, such as mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnight shifts.

About You To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

- 2 Support Workers on shift at all times (2:1 ratio).

- Experience with High level of Behaviours of Concern.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)

- Working with Children Check in Victoria (Mandatory)





- 12 months or more experience as a Disability Support Worker.

- Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)

- Driver’s Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

- Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

- Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
