You’ll be at the heart of operations making informed decisions to deploy resources effectively and keep everything running smoothly, even when priorities compete. Role We have two full time permanent roles available, working Monday to Friday across the following shifts, with occasional optional overtime and weekend work available:

- 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
- 3pm – 11pm

About The Role Play a key role in coordinating and delivering operational outcomes through effective dispatch and communication. You’ll be required to:

- Dispatch work orders and ensure high priority jobs are allocated within required timeframes
- Manage multiple contracts, balancing competing priorities and tasks
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to resolve scheduling and access issues




- Action and resolve tickets including overdue work orders, reallocations and cancellations
- Deliver a positive customer experience while achieving KPIs and maintaining accurate system records

About You

- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations confidently
- Comfortable multitasking across systems while managing competing priorities
- Tech savvy with experience maintaining accurate data and using multiple platforms
- Proven ability to meet KPIs, maintain attendance, and deliver consistent performance
