Project Manager – Enterprise Data Management

- Lead the regional implementation of the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Policy and Procedures, ensuring alignment with global governance standards and regulatory requirements.
n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of EDM projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.
n
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
n
- Utilize Rimes/Matrix platforms for data sourcing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation processes.
n
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of data management solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
n
- Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables

What you will do:

- Project Delivery Responsibility
n

n

Responsible for delivery and project management /implementation projects

n

Work closely with the Implementation Engineers and Implementation Content Analysts to ensure successful project delivery

n

n




- Scope Management
n

n

Ensure the smooth transition from the pre-sales project team with a clear understanding of the implementation project scope and what is not in scope and also identification of any deviation

n

Responsible for the ongoing management of scope via the agreed change management process

n

n
- Planning
n

n

Responsible for defining overall plan of the project through consultation and agreement

n

Responsible for ongoing critical path, overall plan management and status reporting

n

Consult and agree with Implementation Managers the project timelines and deadlines

n

Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure that all project dependencies will be delivered on time

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
n
- Solid business acumen in project planning and management
n
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
