Join us at Australian Unity as a Community Physiotherapist in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. We are seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team, caring for clients across various settings and caseloads.

Position Details:

Responsibilities include:
n

- Providing evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions in clients' homes.
n
- Supporting hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation.
n
- Participating in government aged care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support): helping seniors stay well and independent.
n
- Working independently in the community and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Engaging in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.
n
n

Additional requirements:

- Preferred: Community or hospital physiotherapy experience.
n
- Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
n
- Must have a valid driver's license and insured, roadworthy vehicle.
