Your new role

n

As a Corporate Sponsorship Officer, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with a diverse portfolio of global sponsors. Acting as the central liaison between stakeholders and research teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of sponsorship activities while supporting program growth and engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing and strengthening relationships with corporate sponsors
n
- Acting as the first point of contact for sponsorship enquiries
n
- Coordinating sponsorship deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
n
- Conducting research and preparing sponsor reports and insights
n
- Supporting program administration, logistics and events
n
- Maintaining CRM databases and contributing to process improvements
n
- Identifying opportunities for tailored commercial projects
n

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent experience
n
- Proven experience in project or program coordination
n
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
n
- Strong relationship-building capability
n
- Experience in research, analysis, and report preparation
n
- High attention to detail and administrative capability
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
- Demonstrated ability to work across diverse, international stakeholder groups
n
- Experience working in research-driven or complex organisational environments, or with senior corporate stakeholders, will be highly regarded
n
