- P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.

- Previous experience as a site analyst within the asbestos industry.
n
- Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
n
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office package.

Role Responsibilities
n

- Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, four‐stage clearances, re‐occupation and personal air testing.
n
- Overseeing contractors on site ensuring adherence to asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
n
- Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
n
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
