We are currently recruiting for a Digital Performance Partner to join our Consumer OTC team and help shape and execute Aspen's digital marketing approach in a fast-evolving, interconnected digital ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to expand your strategic experience and help drive digital transformation across a portfolio of well-known brands

n

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this pivotal role supports our Brand andNational Account Managers, collaborating across SEM, SEO, content, and website performance to drive meaningful engagement. You'll be the go-to expert for maximising digital/social campaign performance and content strategy - partnering closely with social and media agencies while driving continuous improvement through a test-and-learn mindset.

We need someone who can see the big picture but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves - someone who can influence, guide, and lead across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

n

n
- Partner with Brand and National Account Managers to deliver and optimise the digital components of Brand and Customer Plans
n
- Continuously optimise website performance and content to ensure a cohesive digital presence across all brands
n
- Review and refine digital activity, guiding ongoing campaign optimisation
n
- Direct and manage third-party digital and content creators to ensure alignment with strategy, timelines, and budgets
n
- Maintain robust systems, processes,



and approval workflows to ensure all digital content complies with Aspen's Corporate Digital Policy and professional standards
n
- Provide thought leadership and insights into digital best practices across the OTC portfolio
n

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Strong experience (8+ yrs) in digital marketing or media, ideally within the FMCG or consumer sector, with a strong focus on brand and customer – gained client or agency side
n
- Proven experience in SEO/SEM, content performance, and website optimisation
n
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience in both strategy and hands-on campaign delivery
n
- An analytical mindset with a solid grasp of digital metrics and tools
n
- Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing or related field
n
