We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and community-focused Pool Lifeguards / Pool Attendants / Swim Teachers. As a Pool Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our community while delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Providing continuous pool supervision to ensure patron safety.
n
- Responding to emergencies, rescues, and first aid incidents.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming aquatic facility.
n
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
n
- Monitoring water quality and facility presentation.
n
- Delivering excellent customer service and promoting safe pool practices.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
n
- HLTAIDO11 First Aid Statement of Attainment, updated every 3 years.
n
- HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Statement of Attainment, updated every year.
n
- A current NSW Working with Children Check.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or over.
n




- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, after school and school holidays, during the Christmas New Year break.
n
- A current classC driver's licence for applicants 17 years and over (includes provisional licence).
n
- Eligibility to work in Australia and pass relevant pre‐employment checks.
n

What We Offer

- All Uniforms & PPE supplied.
n
- Salary Range – Lifeguards/Pool Attendant (Grade4) $38.18 to $41.23 per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
n
- Salary Range – Supervising Lifeguard / Swim Teacher (Grade7) $40.98 to $44.19 per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
n
- 25% loading applies to work performed on Saturdays.
n
- 50% loading applies to work performed on Sundays.
n
- First Aid Allowance of $18.80 per week.
