Veterinary Nurse (Part‐Time) | Greencross Vets Carrara | Gold Coast, QLD

At Greencross Carrara, we're seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team from October 2026, working 2–4 days per week. You'll be joining a close‐knit clinic made up of 4 vets and 5 nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive workplace.

With a planned October start date, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure their next role in advance and join a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role, including:

- Supporting vets during consults and procedures
n
- Surgical preparation and theatre assistance
n
- Anaesthetic monitoring and patient recovery
n
- Dental procedures and radiography
n
- Medication administration and patient care
n
- Client communication and education
n
- Helping keep daily clinic operations running smoothly
n

n

This position includes working every second Saturday as part of a rotating roster.

n

About You

n





You're a qualified nurse who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering high‐quality patient care.

n

You'll Bring

n

n
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
n
- 4+ years of clinical nursing experience
n
- Strong skills across general nursing and anaesthetic monitoring
n
- Excellent communication and client service skills
n
- A positive, reliable, and team‐oriented attitude
n
- A passion for animal welfare and patient care
n
