About the Role: Working closely with Project Managers and the delivery team, you will play a key role supporting active construction projects through project coordination, document control, reporting and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across major infrastructure and construction projects
- Coordinate meetings, travel, site visits and project logistics
- Prepare meeting minutes, maintain action registers and support project reporting
- Manage project documentation, correspondence and document control systems
- Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, invoices and commercial tracking
- Support project governance, compliance and reporting processes
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project administration, coordination or document control within construction, engineering, infrastructure or energy sectors
- Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and document management systems such as SharePoint
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
