On Road Services – Property Management (Field Specialist Role)

This is a permanent, field-based position suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing a high level of client service. As a member of our On Road Services team, you will manage the key field responsibilities of Property Management, while working closely with our office team to ensure a seamless client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide a professional and approachable service to clients
n
- Conduct thorough and accurate routine property inspections
n
- Manage open homes and leasing appointments with care
n
- Handle property keys with responsibility and accuracy
n
- Assist renters in finding a recent home
n
- Identify and communicate maintenance issues in a timely manner
n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service
n

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- A valid driver's licence
n
