Site Supervisor – Remedial Construction

Core Talent are partnering with a well-established Sydney-based remedial contractor delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial and strata sectors. With a solid pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in remedial construction, refurbishment or fit out works who enjoys running projects on site and working closely with subcontractors, consultants and clients.

The Role

n

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple remedial and upgrade projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

n

Projects include

- Concrete repair & structural remediation
n
- Waterproofing & façade upgrades
n
- Commercial and industrial fit outs
n
- Building refurbishments & upgrade works
n
- Strata remediation projects
n

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise trades, subcontractors and site labour
n




- Coordinate site activities and programme delivery
n
- Maintain site safety and compliance documentation
n
- Liaise with Project Managers, consultants and clients
n
- Ensure quality assurance and workmanship standards are met
n
- Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics
n
- Drive programme and keep projects running efficiently
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
n
- Background in remedial, fit out, refurbishment or commercial construction
n
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- White Card required
n
- Driver's licence essential
n
