Property Analyst – QLD Logistics & Industrial

We welcome you to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team at JLL. This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
n
- Create and maintain all property listings
n
- Assist with collating marketing material
n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
n
- Overall responsibility of top‐quality pitch documents
n
- Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analyses
n
- Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Strong interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agent
n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
n
- Previous property experience highly regarded
n
- Willingness to learn with a can‐do attitude
n
- Well‐presented and well‐spoken,



able to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
n
- Superior communication, time‐management and analytical skills
n
- Bachelor's degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
n
