We're looking for a passionatePhysiotherapist / Senior Physiotherapistto deliver evidence-based care across theCoffs Harbour region. You'll support clients throughSupport at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

What You'll Do:
n
n
- Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
n
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
n
- Deliver targeted Physiotherapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
n
- Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
n
- Community or hospital Phsyio experience (preferred)
n
n
