Technical Business Analyst - Data & Analytics

Join a growing Data & Analytics function shaping how data drives customer outcomes and business performance. Sitting at the centre of the organisation, this team makes data a strategic, accessible asset - powering insights, analytics and AI initiatives across the business.

You'll combine solid BA fundamentals with modern, AI-assisted ways of working - using tools such as Copilot-style coding assistants to speed up solution design and documentation - while gathering requirements, engaging stakeholders and guiding solutions from design through to delivery.

What You'll Bring

n
- 5+ years' experience in Technical Business Analysis, ideally across BI, Data Warehouse and Analytics
n




- Solid SQL skills and solid programming fundamentals
n
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS Redshift, Databricks or similar)
n
- Understanding of Data Warehouse design and data modelling principles
n
- Experience building reports/visualisations in Power BI
n
- Practical GitHub experience, plus comfort using AI coding assistants
n
- Exposure to prompt engineering or GenAI tools for analysis and documentation
n
