About the Role

As Communications Lead, you will own the communications strategy and
transformation narrative for the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT)
Program. Working within Enterprise Delivery, you will bring together multiple
streams of work into a clear and consistent story that helps leaders and
employees understand, engage with and adopt change. This role combines strategic
communications planning with hands-on content creation and stakeholder
engagement, supporting customer-focused outcomes across a broad enterprise audience.

The CCT program is an enterprise-wide strategic initiative focused on
improving how we deliver claims and customer service across Suncorp. It is a multi-year
investment designed to help us become a globally recognised insurance leader by
creating better experiences for our customers. Working under the Momentum
(scaled agile) delivery model, this role will join an already established
enterprise change and delivery team.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute a communications strategy that supports transformation
objectives and employee engagement.




- Create compelling content including leadership communications, presentations,
toolkits, updates and event materials.
- Partner with program leaders and stakeholders to align messaging into a
single transformation narrative.
- Govern communications activities across the CCT Program to maintain
consistency, quality and effective timing.
- Support leaders with communication plans, talking points and resources that
improve change readiness.
- Deliver engaging communications for roadshows, town halls and enterprise-wide
engagement activities.

What You'll Bring

- Five or more years' experience delivering communications for large-scale
transformation or change programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior
leaders and diverse business groups.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills across a variety of
communication channels.
- Experience using SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Powtoon or similar
communication and design tools.
- Ability to translate complex business or technical concepts into clear and
engaging messages.
- Experience in financial services, insurance or another large, regulated
organisation will be highly regarded.
