House Cleaners Needed

Location: Bethania QLD
n Employment Type: Casual
n Shifts: Monday to Friday (minimum 2 hours, maximum 12 hours); Some Saturdays

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners for in-house cleaning services, primarily serving NDIS participants. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure participant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general house cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
n
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, with special attention to hygiene and no cross-contamination.
n
- Use appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces, including hospital-grade disinfectants and specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, floors, and hardwood.
n
- Handle all cleaning equipment properly, including microfibre cloths, wipes, vacuum, mop, and bucket.
n

- Strict adherence to hygiene standards and prevention of cross-contamination.

- Appropriate use of cleaning products and equipment for various surfaces.

- High standard of overall cleanliness.

- Ability to communicate effectively and ensure participant satisfaction.

- Availability to join the WhatsApp group chat for shift updates and communication.
n

- Microfibre cloths (multiple, no cross-contamination)

- Cleaning wipes (multiple, no cross-contamination)
n
- Vacuum cleaner
n
- Mop in valuable condition
n
- Hospital-grade cleaning products
n
- Specific cleaners for windows, mirrors, bleach, hardwood, and tile floors
n
- Bucket
n
