The Prospect

n

Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll lead the national training and sales enablement strategy across retail and field teams.

n

Sitting at the intersection of product, sales and retail execution, you'll partner with global product teams, influence go‐to‐market strategy and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across premium appliance categories.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver engaging national training and sales enablement programs
n
- Lead in-store training, product launches, roadshows and virtual sessions
n




- Translate technical product features into compelling sales messaging
n
- Partner with retail teams and major appliance retailers to drive performance
n
- Provide market insights to support ranging and go‐to‐market decisions
n
- Analyse sales and training performance to optimise results
n
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in Training, Sales Enablement, Product Training or Category Management within appliances, consumer electronics or similar industries
n
- Experience working with sales staff across major appliance retailers
n
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
n
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage retail and executive audiences
n
- Analytical, proactive and passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences
n
