Base pay range

n

A$95,395.00/yr - A$108,365.00/yr

n

As our Microsoft Platform Developer, you will play a key lead role in the design, delivery, improvement, and support of IP Australia's IP Rights Administration Systems and Enterprise Systems hosted on the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms systems.

n

This role is expected to expand over time to include development and support of CoPilot functionality and/or CoPilot Agents, broadening your skills within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.

n

The role encompasses project delivery, ongoing Continuous Improvement (CI), and escalated technical support across all phases of the DTG operational model, supporting key systems such as Plant Breeders Rights and Attorneys Registration Management Systems, along with expanding internal Microsoft-based AI capabilities.

Mandatory qualifications and experience:

n

n




- Experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platforms, especially Model-driven apps
n
- Significant skills in similar development environments with the ability to adapt quickly
n
- Experience in delivery and operations within a Cloud environment (e.g., Azure, M365)
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
n
- Critical thinking, issue assessment, resolution provision, and outcome delivery within deadlines
n
- Ability to work with diverse groups, valuing individual differences
n
- Proactive response to feedback and willingness to develop new skills
n
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automation and SharePoint
n
- Understanding or experience with Microsoft CoPilot support and/or Agent delivery
n
- Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
n
- Understanding of IP Rights related business processes and operations
n
