STRONG Pilates is one of the world's fastest-growing boutique fitness brands, combining Pilates, strength and cardio into one 45-minute high-performance workout. With 110+ studios globally and rapid expansion across multiple markets, we're building a marketing team designed to scale.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can balance execution of strategy and supporting global campaigns while driving performance across our APAC franchise network. A strong eye for creative direction is preferred.

This is a hands-on role working across brand, performance, CRM and studio support.

The Role

n

You'll support the planning and delivery of global campaigns and creative strategy, with a focus on execution across APAC, while working closely with franchisees to improve local performance.

n

You'll sit at the centre of brand, performance and operations, bringing structure, consistency and speed as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Calendar

n

- Support development and rollout of global marketing campaigns
n
- Coordinate timelines, assets and launch requirements
n
- Manage campaign execution across regions
n
- Partner with US and UK marketing leads for global alignment
n




- Support studios with local area marketing
n
- Provide guidance on offers and campaign execution
n
- Ensure brand consistency across markets
n
- Help improve performance across the franchise network
n

Creative & Content

n

- Support campaign and brand creative development
n
- Brief designers and production partners
n
- Support UGC and paid media creative
n
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging
n

n

CRM & Customer Journey

n

n
- Build and manage email journeys
n
- Support acquisition and retention campaigns
n
- Optimise lifecycle workflows
n

n

Performance & Optimisation

n

n
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion
n
- Support reporting and insights
n
- Work with paid media partners
n

Marketing Operations

n

n
- Assist with new studio launches
n
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives
n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years marketing experience
n
- Experience across brand and performance marketing
n
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
n
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise networks preferred
