Wearelookingforatalented PrincipalPowerBIDeveloper(Analytics&Visualisation)tojoinourdynamicteam.Inthisrole,youwillowntheend-to-endPowerBIcapability,includingmodelling,performancetuning,buildingintuitivedashboards,andappropriategovernance.You'lltranslateambiguousbusinessquestionsintofast,reliable,andintuitiveanalyticsproducts,whileupliftingengineeringpracticesandmentoringateamofBIdevelopers.

Yourkeyresponsibilitiesinclude:

- Design,build,andmaintainPowerBIdatasets,reports,anddashboards(PowerQuery/M,DAX,modeloptimisation,incrementalrefresh).
n
- TranslatebusinessneedsintowireframesandpolishedUI/UXwithclearinformationarchitecture,accessibility,anddatastorytellingbestpractices.
n
- Ownsemanticmodeldesign(star/one-big-tablewhereappropriate),calculations,androw-levelsecurity;ensureaccuracyandperformance.
n




- Implementdeploymentpipelines/CI-CD,versioncontrol,andreleasemanagement;enforcegovernanceandcertifieddatasets.
n
- Conductstakeholderworkshops,elicitrequirements,prioritisebacklog,anditeraterapidlywithprototypesandusabilityfeedback.
n
- Diagnoseandtunereport/modelperformance(queryfolding,VertiPaqanalysis,aggregations);troubleshootdataqualityissues.
n
- WriterobustSQL;integratewithAzuredataservices(e.g.,ADLS,ADF,Synapse/Snowflakeconnectors)andenterprisesecuritystandards.

- Producedocumentation,handovermaterials,andtraining;participateinAgileceremoniesandcollaboratewithdataengineers/TechBAs.

- BachelorsdegreeinComputerScience,orotherrelevantdisciplines(orequivalent)

- DemonstratedperformancetuningusingDAXStudio,TabularEditor,andPerformanceAnalyser
n
- StrongSQLanddatawarehousingfundamentals,preferablysomehands-onexperiencewithSnowflake(onAzure)
n
- ExperiencewithPowerBIService/MicrosoftFabric:capabilities,gateways,workspaces,deploymentpipelines,security
n
- CI/CDwithAzureDevOpsorGitHub

- Strongcommunicativeskillsbetweenstakeholdersinternallyandexternally
