Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead M&A; transactions and business sales from inception to completion
n
- Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
n
- Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi-jurisdictional transactions
n
- Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
n
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
n
- Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience
n




- 6+ years' post‐admission experience in corporate/commercial law and/or banking & finance
n
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
n
- Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
n
