Job Description

Highly skilled Mobile App Tester with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, along with hands-on experience in mobile banking applications. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable mobile banking solutions through a combination of exploratory, functional, and automated testing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies covering both manual and automated testing.
n
- Perform functional, exploratory, usability, regression, and end-to-end manual testing on mobile apps.
n
- Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
n
- Create and execute automated test scripts to improve regression coverage and efficiency.
n
- Validate key banking features such as onboarding, payments, transfers, authentication, and notifications.
n
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured to validate backend integrations.
n
- Identify, log, and manage defects with detailed analysis and reproducible steps.
n
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers in Agile teams.
n
- Participate in sprint planning, test estimation,



and release activities.
n
- Ensure application quality meets security, performance, and regulatory standards in banking.
n

Manual Testing Expertise

n

n
- Strong experience in writing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
n
- Hands-on experience in exploratory and ad-hoc testing.
n
- Experience in usability and customer journey validation for mobile apps.
n
- Ability to simulate real user scenarios in banking workflows.
n

Automation Testing Expertise

n

n
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
n
- Robust understanding of Page Object Model and automation design patterns.
n
- Experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- 4+ years of experience in mobile application testing (manual + automation).
n
- Proven experience in mobile banking or fintech domain.
n
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and Agile practices.
n
- Experience in API testing and backend validation.
n
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
