We are currently seeking experienced Drillers Offsiders to join our remote exploration diamond drilling crews on a permanent basis.
These are genuine long-term opportunities for reliable, hard-working individuals who have previous diamond drilling offsiding experience and are ready to work in a remote exploration setting.
The Role
- Permanent, ongoing positions
- Immediate starts available
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
- 12-hour days
- Mobilisation and demobilisation on Wednesdays
- Remote exploration diamond drilling
- Accommodation provided in caravans while on site
- Flights provided from Perth only
- Starting rate of $38 per hour
- Rate increases to $41 per hour following successful completion of a 3-month probation period
About You To be considered, you must have:
- Previous diamond drilling offsiding experience - essential
- A current HR licence - essential
- A clean police check - essential
- Full, ongoing Australian working rights
- Ability to commit to a permanent 2:1 roster
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work long hours in remote environments
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work as part of a drilling crew
- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to follow site procedures
