Care is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to support our Outlet Manager across three welcoming café spots at Cairns Airport. Your presence will ensure our guests and team start every journey on the right note. If you have solid supervisory experience and barista skills, this is your next move.

What You'll Do

- Lead daily operations across the airport café locations, ensuring every venue delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Inspire,



coach and support your team to perform with confidence while creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Assist customers with prompt, helpful service to ensure a pleasant airport visit
- Work closely with the Outlet Manager to drive operational excellence, improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, food safety, presentation standards and compliance across every shift.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated history leading shifts, managing staff on the floor, or supervising retail operations
- Confident barista with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment and passion for developing people, building solid teams and leading by example every shift.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) ticket
- Possession of a current Driver’s Licence and an independent, reliable vehicle
- Full availability to work variable AM and PM rosters spanning 4:00 AM opens to 10:00 PM closes
